PACE Services
Therapeutic Services
All students are offered individual therapy by a Master’s level clinician. In addition to individual therapy, students have the opportunity to participate in therapeutic groups and discussions pertaining to relevant topics including anger management, conflict resolution, alcohol/drug abuse, teen dating and domestic violence.
Outreach Program
PACE School recognizes the individual needs of a unique school population. Therefore, PACE School has initiated an outreach program to increase and maintain student attendance and consistent participation in school. Our bilingual outreach counselor monitors the attendance of each PACE School student. The counselor contacts students who are absent via telephone or home visits to increase attendance. PACE School provides pick-ups for students on an as-needed basis.

Vocational Program
The objective of the vocational program is to introduce students to a variety of work skills. By participating in community-based jobs, students learn basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and maintenance skills. The educational component of the vocational program provides the standard academic requirements such as English/Language Arts, Math, Science, History and Physical Education. Students attend alternating weeks of vocational programming and academic education.

Incentive Program
PACE School provides a daily incentive program for students to receive positive reinforcement for appropriate behavior. Students earn points, which can be converted to money, which can be spent on incentive shopping field trips.
