| Job Description: |
Work as part of a highly integrated multidisciplinary team providing intensive outreach services to adults with serious psychiatric disorders, many of whom experience concurrent substance abuse disorders. Duties include client assessment, treatment plan development, implementation of treatment interventions, advocacy and crisis intervention, leading of substance abuse group. |
| Qualifications Desired: |
This position requires a clinical master’s degree and previous experience providing substance abuse services to adults. | Job Description: |
In this position, staff will work with adults with serious psychiatric disorders and/or substance abuse problems as part of an assertive community outreach team. Staff will have general team responsibilities aimed at supporting the recovery efforts of the team’s clientele and will also develop a focus on assisting clients to identify and overcome barriers to obtaining and retaining long term housing. |
| Qualifications Desired: |
Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in Human Service Field. Fluent in Spanish and English. Previous experience working with adults with serious psychiatric disorders or related population. Strong organizational skills. The desire and ability to work effectively in a highly integrated team model of outreach service delivery. Previous experience developing housing resources is strongly desired. |

| Job Description: |
The Lead Nurse is one of three nursing positions on a multidisciplinary outreach team of 12 staff serving 60-70 adults with serious psychiatric disorders. The Lead Nurse is responsible for training and administrative support of other program nurses, developing and monitoring of nursing protocols, and delivery of direct services to program clients. The Lead Nurse serves as part of the agency leadership team along with the Team Leader, Lead Clinician and Program Psychiatrist. |
| Qualifications Desired: |
RN and extensive experience working with adults with serious psychiatric disorders or a similar population required. MSN preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills required. The desire and ability to work effectively in a highly integrated team model of outreach service delivery is required. |

| Qualifications Desired: |
Experience and/or strong interest in working with adult women with developmental disabilities. Dependability, patience, team player essential. Experience with medically involved individuals a plus. Will train, although current training in MAP, First Aid and CPR required for full time consideration. |
