The Meadows Homes provide highly individualized residential and support services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Twenty-four hour support systems are provided by appropriately trained staff that assist residents to live and become active members of their community. Emphasis is placed on each person's needs, wants and abilities with the goal of ensuring safety, accessing good health care services, assisting with transportation for leisure and community activities, encouraging religious affiliation of choice, assisting with money management and supporting job placement and retention.
The Meadows Homes includes 20 residences in the towns of Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Chicopee, Southwick, Wilbraham, Ludlow, Palmer and West Springfield.
