Find a Job
CHD currently employs over 1,100 people in its numerous programs and is one of the largest employers based in Western Massachusetts. We aim to be an Employer of Choice and are always looking for qualified candidates to fill open positions.
Volunteer
Many of our programs and services depend on the active participation and support of volunteers who generously donate their time and energy for the good of their communities. Mentor a youth through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County, cook a meal for the homeless at the Not Bread Alone soup kitchen, guide an abused or neglected child through the court system, or become a foster parent . . .

CHD programs hold many events throughout the year that offer excellent sponsorship opportunities for businesses or individuals who want to support worthwhile causes and community programs.
