Overnight Placement

This program provides overnight placement for children for up to seven consecutive nights.

Emergency Resource Center

This program is an emergency hotline and short-term foster care model.

Stages

This is a three-month, short-term foster care model.

Diagnostic Program

This is a 90-day program where the child recives specific services that provide an assessment for future planning.

Long-Term Intensive Foster Care

This program can provide long-term foster care to children who have not been able to maintain stability in DCF foster care.

IFC-Medical Program

This program provides care for children with special medical needs who do not meet the criteria for CHD's TLC Medical Program.

TLC Medical Residence Program

TLC is a program that provides services to infants and children referred by the Dept. of Children and Families who come to us with extensive medical needs.

CHD Homefinding

The CHD Homefinding unit works closely with CHD caseworkers to recruit, train and maintain approximately 70 active foster care homes in Western Massachusetts.

MaryAnne's Kids

Maryanne's Kids is a special fund for the benefit of children in CHD Foster Care programs.
