A New Leaf Flower Shop is a full-service floral, plant and gift shop that employs people with mental
health and developmental challenges. The client-staff is trained to grow beautiful plants, create fabulous
flower arrangements and to make fine crafts.
A New Leaf offers the finest quality fresh flower arrangements and flowering and green plants. The shop has a large selection of flowers, all of which are fresh daily. Every order is treated with the greatest value of importance no matter how small or large.
Program manager Lisa Sedelow is a graduate of the Rittner School of Floral Design in Boston. She is also certified in agribusiness and horticulture and has over 25 years experience in the floral industry. The client-employees are supervised by two qualified designers.
Through donor support and sales A New Leaf is able to provide a structured, vocational environment that builds self-esteem by fostering individual growth and success.
Floral designs are available for birthdays, Quinceanera, anniversaries, parties, weddings, showers,
funerals, memorial services, all seasons and holidays.
A New Leaf sells traditional and exotic plants as well as everlasting silk and dried flowers for walls and tables.
A New Leaf offers a plant care and maintenance program for businesses and offices. The shop also sells fruit and gourmet gift baskets, balloon bouquets, candy and chocolates, and handcrafted gifts, such as earrings, necklaces and woven hats and scarves.
