| Welcome to CHD Remote Assistance! CHD Remote Assistance enables a technician to connect directly to your system and immediately troubleshoot problems. |

1. First you must run the Chd-Remote.exe file. Run the program from here. |

2. Depending on your browser, you may be prompted with a security warning window similar to this:

3. Again, depending on your browser, you may then be prompted with a 2nd security warning window similar to this:

4. The CHD Remote System Viewer window will appear prompting you with options similar to:
Double click a technician name to begin the remote viewing session. The technician will then be prompted to accept your connection. When connected, your screen will "flicker" or "flash" and likely the desktop background will change. You will notice the connected icon in the taskbar: To disconnect the session at any time, you can "alternate" click on the icon, and select "Close" from the pop up menu. |

| 5. Once disconnected, the program is automatically removed from your system. | |
