1. Please only run the CHD Remote Viewer program when on the phone with a technician.
Call (413)439-2200 to reach the help desk.

2. Depending on your browser, you may be prompted with security warnings: click RUN at any security prompts.

3. When the CHD Remote System Viewer window appears, DOUBLE CLICK a technician name to start.
4. You will notice the connected icon in the taskbar: View Icon. To disconnect the session at any time, you can "alternate" click on the icon, and select "Close" from the pop up menu.
5. Once disconnected, the program is automatically removed from your system.

 

You may close this window when finished.
