Support Group Schedule
Parents & Children of Divorce
Five-hour educational program for parents focusing on how divorce affects children. Topics include child development, conflict management, local resources, and children’s reaction  to divorce. Meets court-mandated requirement. Three locations are available:
Baystate Medical Center, Springfield
One weeknight, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. and one Saturday, 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. of the same week
Child & Family Service, West Springfield
Two weeknights, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. of the same week
Mary Lane Hospital, Ware
Two weeknights, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. of the same week
Cost: $65 per person

THE CIRCLE OF LIFE
A life coaching program designed to bring young women together who want to create positive change in their lives. In a safe, supportive small group, you will create and carry out a successful plan to reach your goal by learning to:
Set manageable steps to move towards your goal each week:
- Think positively, manage your stress, and take care of
yourself.
- Understand that you do have choices
Our small group, (limited to six participants), will meet:
DATE: Mondays starting September 25th and ending November 13th (8 weeks)
TIME: 4:00-6:00 p.m.
PLACE: Valley Infant Development Office at 342 Birnie Avenue, Springfield

Parent Education & Support Group
Ten-week group for parents of children under age 12 to assist them in becoming more effective parents. Topics addressed include child development, limit setting, discipline and communication.
When: Wednesday, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Playgroups for Families with Infants & Toddlers
These playgroups are for families with children 3.5 years or younger. Parents join in the activities which are designed to enhance child development in a supportive, social surrounding.
When: Friday, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Social Skills Group Therapy For Children
Social Skills groups available in the Easthampton office. Children between 6 to 12 years old with impulse control problems or pervasive developmental issues encouraged to participate. Most insurances will cover the cost. Contact Lara Dicus at 413-529-1764 for more info.
