CASA is located in the CHD Children's Programs' offices at 45 Willow St., Springfield, MA.  The parking lot is located near the corner of Union and Willow Streets, across from the Dakin Animal Shelter.  It’s a gated lot, directly across from Park Street.  Just press the button at the gate and you will be let in.  The entrance to the CASA office is down the stairs, near the gate.
